By using ScoreCast24, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Entertainment Purpose
ScoreCast24 is provided for entertainment and recreational purposes only. No cash prizes, gambling services or financial rewards are offered unless explicitly stated.
3. User Accounts and Usernames
Users are responsible for choosing an appropriate username.
Offensive, abusive, misleading or impersonating usernames may be removed without notice.
Users should submit only one entry per round unless otherwise stated.
4. Predictions
Predictions must be submitted before the published deadline.
Once submitted, predictions cannot be changed.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
ScoreCast24 reserves the right to remove duplicate, fraudulent or suspicious entries.
5. Scoring and Leaderboards
Scores and leaderboard positions are calculated using the scoring system described in the Rules page.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, ScoreCast24 does not guarantee that scores, statistics or rankings will always be free from errors.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the site administrator is final.
6. Website Availability
ScoreCast24 is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and accept no responsibility for outages, technical issues or data loss.
7. Intellectual Property
The ScoreCast24 name, branding, website design and original content are the property of RobTechUK unless otherwise stated.
Football club names, competition names and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
ScoreCast24 is an independent prediction game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with FIFA, the Premier League, UEFA or any football club.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreCast24 and RobTechUK shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience or interruption arising from use of the website.
9. Changes to the Website
Features, rules, scoring systems and website content may be modified, suspended or removed at any time without notice.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.
